About the Cluster

A national model for coordinated AI research

We are building the Artificial Intelligence Cluster as a flagship collaborative initiative under the Punjab Higher Education Commission's R&D Clusters program. We bring together leading academic institutions into a unified, high-impact ecosystem for AI research and development. As the designated Lead University, ITU shapes the strategic direction, governance, and execution of the cluster by coordinating research, enabling inter-university collaboration, and building partnerships with industry and government to translate research into real-world impact.
